Registration Fee for non- Baltic state delegates is 50 US$/100 DM/800 Estonian
Kroon and should be paid cash at registration and
includes Seminar proceedings, Coffee and Refreshment Breaks, Reception at
Friday evening and lunch Saturday.
Registration for Baltic delegates (Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Russia & Belorussia)
is free, but registration in advance is required.
