"The Metadata Paper"
All delegates to the Vienna Conference will find this long time longed for paper in their conference packages when registering. It was presented at last year´s conference in Santiago, though by then not available in English. Through the generous sponsoring of Informix, USA and NAA, Netherlands, and not least the energetic work of the author Annemieke de Jong of the NAA, an updated translation to English of "Metadata in the audiovisual production environment" has just arrived from the printer.
It will be made available as a print and as a PDF-file, to be downloaded from the FIAT "Agendas&Documents"-pages after the conference. The price has not yet been fixed.
